ServiceMaster by T.A. Russell in California is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to strengthen our accounts receivable process and improve cash flow.

In a fast-paced setting, you will manage aging accounts, work with insurance carriers, TPAs, and commercial customers, and resolve billing discrepancies. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of collections experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in restoration, construction, healthcare, or insurance collections preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage aging accounts and collection efforts
• Work directly with insurance adjusters and TPAs
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies
• Partner with operations teams to obtain supporting documentation
• Reduce outstanding receivables and improve collection timelines
• Maintain accurate account records and follow-up notes
