Responsibilities include updating borrower data, conducting skip tracing, maintaining thorough records, and coordinating with attorneys.

Qualifications

• HS/GED diploma required.
• Minimum of 1 year of collections or related experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet software.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and arrange payment plans with borrowers for defaulted accounts.
• Update borrowers’ demographic and financial information on calls.
• Listen and inquire to gather information for resolving balances.
• Provide clear, professional communication with borrowers and attorneys.
• Conduct skip trace work to locate or verify borrower contact.
• Maintain accurate records of actions on accounts.
• Follow federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Follow up to ensure payment arrangements are maintained.
• Adhere to all procedures and instructions for related duties.
