Qualificações

• HS Diploma/GED.
• 3-5 years collections experience.
• Must possess excellent telephone and customer service skills.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Must maintain punctual and regular attendance.
• Must present a friendly, professional image and conduct.

Responsabilidades

• Manage outbound and inbound calls to resolve delinquent accounts and determine reason for delinquency.
• Process, distribute, and post consumer loan payments.
• Complete file maintenance on consumer loans.
• Process telephone payments to corporate office for reconciliation.
• Counsel customers on financial obligations and offer alternatives.
• Log accurate notes of account status and collection efforts in the bank’s system of record.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures and complete required compliance training.
• Train new associates and manage the Consumer Collections general inbox.
