Qualifications

• Understand and apply FCRA, laws, regulations, and collection procedures at the incumbent level.
• Knowledge of bankruptcy chapters 7, 11, 12, 13 and related processes.
• Proficiency with collection software and TFCU mainframe systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect outstanding account receivable dollars from existing member base.
• Resolve member billing issues and reduce delinquency.
• Communicate with members and internal departments per policy.
• Document cases for potential legal proceedings or testify in court.
