Job summary

Gartner is seeking a results-driven collections professional to manage end-to-end cash collection, engaging clients and ensuring timely payments. You’ll document activity in Oracle Fusion, collaborate with Order Management, Revenue, and other teams, and drive collection targets in a hybrid US-based role.

The role emphasizes SOX compliance, pricing understanding, and proactive process improvement within Finance and Sales alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related office experience in customer service, collections, or sales support.
• Proficient in Microsoft platforms; Oracle Fusion and ERP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present risk reports to Finance and Sales Leadership monthly.
• Perform client account reconciliations and provide statements as required.
• Investigate and resolve invalid client contact information when clients do not respond.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly collection targets.
• Document collection notes in Oracle Fusion per SLAs and standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to update or reissue invoices within 48 hours.
