The role requires at least a High School Diploma with 3+ years in collections or related offices, bilingual English/French communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in Customer Service, Collections, or Sales Support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Oracle and CRM knowledge a plus.
• Excellent English and French communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Understand and adhere to pricing, legal, product, and SOX guidelines.
• Evaluate credit history and prepare Sales Agreements with non-standard terms.
• Start collections through iCollections and coordinate with collections efforts by phone and email.
• Coordinate with GEMS and Order Management to validate balances or refund overpayments.
• Identify client issues early and elevate to management and sales.
• Provide recommendations for enforcing terms or payment plans with clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Electronically invoice and collect through client portals.
• Prepare credit memos and accurate coding based on credit nature.
• Provide monthly reports for balances over $10K delinquent 60 days+.
