Job summary

Parts Town is seeking a Collections Specialist to partner with our Collections and Customer Service teams. You will assess creditworthiness, review orders for risk, and collaborate to secure cash flow while maintaining exceptional service.

You will engage customers by phone and email, process credit applications, and help ensure timely order fulfillment. A background in high-volume collections and strong MS Office skills will support your success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume collections and/or credit experience.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers by phone and email to evaluate orders and account status.
• Collaborate with team to improve cash flow and future revenue.
• Process credit applications in daily queue.
• Review daily order queue to assess fulfillability.
• Manage rejected/returned statements and invoices; update contacts.
• Identify and implement quick resolutions to collect cash regularly.
