Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; six months experience in payment collections or general office procedures; valid State Driver’s License.

Responsabilidades

• Sends text messages, mails notices to encourage payment of delinquent accounts.
• Confer with customers by text or phone to determine reason for overdue payment and review terms.
• Document all correspondence and attempted correspondence with customers.
• Receive payments and post amounts to customer accounts.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer; ensure security when unattended.
• Travel to customers’ homes to collect payments; assist with repossessions with approval.
• Prepare paperwork for potential legal action against severely late-paying customers.
• Log details of work activities daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Update CRM with customer service requests and schedule repairs as needed.
• Assist customers on sales floor and help meet store goals.
• Adhere to customer service standards and store policies.
