Qualifications

• Experience in B2B collections or accounts receivable.
• Experience managing a sizable portfolio.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Proficient with Excel and CRM tools; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your portfolio: manage B2B collections for South Texas, review aging and activity.
• Build relationships: calls and emails, ~15 calls and 25 touches daily.
• Investigate and resolve disputes: reconcile deductions, credits, and invoices to move payment forward.
• Collaborate with Sales, branches, and leadership on priorities and reporting.
