Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing and collections experience in restoration or construction.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with DASH software is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payment collection.
• Contact clients by phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices.
• Collaborate with project managers to establish payment plans.
