Job summary

Dry Force in Irving, TX is seeking a Billing and Collections Specialist to ensure timely payments and maintain strong client relationships. You will monitor accounts receivable, contact clients by phone and email, and collaborate with project managers to set payment plans.

Experience with DASH and Xactimate is preferred but not required. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential as you generate reports and support our financial operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing and collections experience, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting/finance education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payment collection from clients.
• Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to establish payment plans or negotiate settlements when necessary.
