Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payment collection from clients.
• Contact clients via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to establish payment plans or settlements.
• Maintain detailed records of all communication and collection efforts.
• Generate and maintain financial reports related to billing and collections performance.
• Maintain a professional relationship with clients throughout the billing process.
