Job summary

ProCollect is seeking a Collection Specialist to join our in-person team in Dallas. Candidates should have at least one year of collections experience and strong negotiation and telephone skills.

You will contact past-due accounts, manage 200–300 files daily, and maintain accurate notes in our Windows-based collections system. This full-time role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus, base salary with uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• One year of debt collections experience required.
• Strong negotiation and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced quota-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact past due accounts via phone.
• Work 200-300 accounts per day.
• Maintain accurate collection notes on past due accounts.
• Operate a collections database in a Windows-based system.
• Communicate professionally with consumers.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
