You will perform collections on a portfolio of past-due accounts under supervision, contacting accounts by phone and maintaining detailed notes. The role demands strong negotiation and telephone skills, the ability to handle a high-volume workload (40 hours/week, rotating shifts), and a commitment to compliance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Excellent negotiation and telephone communication skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced quota-driven environment and a 40-hour week with rotating shifts.

Responsabilités

• Contact past due accounts by phone.
• Manage 200-300 accounts per day.
• Maintain accurate collection notes on accounts.
• Operate a collections database in Windows.
• Communicate professionally with consumers.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
