Qualifications

• Some college coursework in Business Communications, Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of B2B collections, accounts receivable or related financial experience preferred.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems is a plus.
• Experience with ATS/CRM software is a plus.

Trillium Staffing, a recognized leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking a Collections Specialist to join their team at the Corporate Office in Kalamazoo, MI.

The Collections Specialist will monitor accounts receivable aging reports and maintain client communication to ensure timely payments in a business-to-business collections environment. This role will serve as a liaison for monitoring delinquent accounts and escalating collections efforts with clients, our multi-state branch offices, and outside agencies.

This is a direct-hire, full-time, onsite position. The pay rate is $21-22 per hour, depending on experience.
