Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in B2B collections and MS Office familiarity; VMS or ATS/CRM experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• On-site role at corporate office.
• High school diploma or GED preferred with working knowledge of Windows-based MS Office.
• Some college coursework in Business Communications, Accounting or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of B2B collections, accounts receivable or related financial experience preferred.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems is a plus.
• Experience with ATS/CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and maintain client communication to ensure timely payments.
• Serve as a liaison for monitoring delinquent accounts and escalating collections efforts with clients, our multi-state branch offices, and outside agencies.
