The Blood Connection, Incorporated is seeking a Collections Staff Scheduler to prepare and adjust staff schedules, coordinate blood drive transportation, and monitor attendance and PTO. This role uses HemaCollect to assign resources and contribute to drive efficiency metrics.

The position involves on-call duties, strong communication with donors and staff, and a focus on timely schedule updates and forecasting training needs to support blood collection operations.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential for donor/patron interactions.
• Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to organize schedules, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare departmental staff schedules using HemaCollect.
• Schedule staff hours to avoid overtime and submit for approval.
• Communicate attendance issues to Management promptly.
• Coordinate vehicle and driver assignments for blood drives.
• Monitor PTO requests and post schedule changes.
• Assist in forecasting staffing needs and training availability.
• Perform on-call schedule duties as required.
