Allied Universal is seeking a Collections Manager in the United States to lead regional accounts receivable efforts, remove barriers to payments, and mentor staff. The role requires coordinating with account managers and external agencies to secure payment schedules and maintain invoicing readiness.

The position emphasizes guidance on collections protocols, training in WinTeam and BI reporting, and collaboration across divisions to optimize cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Five+ years of AR experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Chair biweekly Accounts Receivable conference calls with regional teams.
• Provide guidance on collections escalation protocols.
• Develop WinTeam training for invoicing and Domo reporting.
• Follow-up to resolve outstanding issues with operations teams.
• Provide weekly client status updates to senior management.
• Interact with clients to resolve payment issues when needed.
• Coordinate with outside collection agencies for corporate clients.
• Assist with posting payments and researching unapplied payments.
