Job summary

Authority Brands is seeking a Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable to lead the global AR function across franchisee billing, national accounts, and retail channels. You will drive collections, write-offs, and reserve analyses, while enforcing credit policies and internal controls.

You will develop teams, deliver aging and cash flow reporting to finance leadership, and partner with FP&A to improve billing accuracy and process automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA a plus.
• 8+ years in AR/credit/collections with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience owning bad debt reserves and write-offs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR across all revenue channels, including franchisee billing and national accounts.
• Set credit/collection policies and maintain internal controls.
• Manage bad debt reserves, write-offs, and audit-compliant documentation.
• Lead AR team, report aging, collections, and cash flow trends.
• Partner with FP&A and operations to improve billing accuracy.
