Job summary

Connect Search LLC in Dallas is seeking a confident Collections Manager to lead the collections team, drive cash-flow improvements, and reduce delinquency while supporting company growth. You will develop collection strategies, monitor aging reports and metrics, collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Legal and Operations, and manage third-party agencies when needed.

The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills and a track record of delivering results in accounts

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections experience.
• 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
• Assertive, outgoing personality capable of leading difficult conversations.
• Experience with accounts receivable, delinquency management, and collection strategies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
