• Previous Collections/Customer Service experience preferred.

• Has talent to exercise good judgment and adapt to constant changes

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding payment status and document updates in Collections System.
• Conduct monthly meetings with sales organization to review high-risk accounts.
• Research invoice discrepancies and unapplied checks.
• Process any necessary credits on a customer’s account.
