Qualifications

• Previous Collections/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and maintain a customer service philosophy.
• Decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding payment status and document updates in Collections System.
• Responsible for invoice reconciliation process each morning.
• Distribute weekly aging reports to our sales teams.
• Conduct monthly meeting with sales organization to review high risk accounts.
• Research invoice discrepancies and unapplied checks.
• Process credit card payments and any necessary credits on a customer’s account.
