Job summary

American Tower seeks a Collections Analyst to join the Accounts Receivables team. You will collect past-due rents and PO-based receivables, reconcile balances, and work cross-functionally to resolve disputes while delivering excellent service to external customers.

Responsibilities include driving receivable resolution, auditing lease documents, initiating customer contact by phone, escalating when needed, and providing timely reporting on aging balances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years in collections within accounts receivable.
• Experience with Oracle preferred.
• Strong follow-up, time management and prioritization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and reconcile receivables from existing customers and drive resolution.
• Audit lease documents or purchase orders to validate billing.
• Contact customers by phone and escalate as needed.
• Support high-volume collections with defined strategies and follow-ups.
• Provide timely reporting on contracts or invoice aging balances.
