Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Jr AR Collections Analyst to join the shared services team in the United States. You will handle daily collection calls, conduct account research, and maintain aging and dispute records while ensuring accurate A/R reconciliation.

Qualifications include a college degree in business or accounting, 3+ years of administrative support, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/Outlook. Strong customer service and multitasking abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred in business related field.
• Experience supporting US English speaking customers.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook; strong computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make 50+ daily collection calls.
• Research and analyze accounts.
• Prepare and maintain reports, aging reports.
• Identify process adjustments and communicate improvements.
• Send statements and reminders to customers; reconcile A/R.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and manage disputes.
