TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Specialty Finance team. You will manage customer accounts, drive collections, reconcile balances, and resolve payment-related issues for a portfolio of customers.

This role offers a hybrid in-office/remote work arrangement and exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Accounting. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in AR/collections, strong Excel skills, and a disciplined, detail-oriented

Competenze

• 1–3 years in Accounts Receivable, collections, credit, billing, or related finance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with account reconciliation, collections, and payment resolution processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and effectively manage multiple tasks.
• Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical business practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Mansioni

• Manage and reconcile assigned customer accounts with accurate records.
• Review aging reports and histories to identify collection opportunities and payment issues.
• Contact customers via email and phone to obtain payment information, remittances, and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies related to invoices, credits, purchase orders, pricing, returns, and other payment concerns.
• Identify issues preventing payment and determine appropriate next steps for resolution.
• Elevate potential account risks to management when necessary.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Accounting, Cash Application, and other internal teams to resolve issues.
• Research invoice and credit memo histories to support accurate account management.
• Maintain timely follow-up on open issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end collection activities.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and authorization guidelines.
• Participate in occasional non-standard work hours as business needs require.
