Our Client is seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join a high-performing Finance & Accounting team supporting a global portfolio of advertiser and agency customers. This role offers fully remote work with PST hours preferred. You will own a large portfolio, partner with Sales and Finance to improve cash flow, reduce aging

Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-volume Accounts Receivable and Collections experience.
• Proven success meeting collections KPIs, cash targets, and aging reduction goals.
• Experience supporting enterprise and global customer accounts.
• Strong understanding of the full invoicing, payment, and collections lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter who takes ownership and drives results.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of advertiser and agency accounts, driving collections activity and improving cash flow performance.
• Build strong relationships with key customers through regular phone and email outreach.
• Proactively follow up on past-due balances with a focus on reducing DSO and minimizing bad debt exposure.
• Investigate, document, and resolve billing disputes in a timely manner.
• Partner closely with Sales teams to align on customer strategies and payment expectations.
• Prepare and present aging reports, collection updates, and account status summaries for leadership review.
• Identify opportunities to improve collections processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Support special Accounts Receivable and Finance projects as needed.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a large, enterprise-level portfolio while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and customer stakeholders to improve cash flow, reduce aging balances, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
