Job summary

WCC Title Loans seeks a Collections Representative in Las Vegas to help customers regain payment progress while supporting Wilshire Consumer’s success. You will use communication, data entry, and problem-solving skills to assist customers 31+ days past due and to reduce loan losses through compassionate collection efforts.

Responsibilities include handling calls, setting up payment plans, negotiating solutions, and maintaining detailed notes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with a professional phone presence.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of collection laws including FDCPA is preferred.
• Experience in high-volume auto-dialer collections recommended.
• Able to use data entry and web-based applications proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and follow policy/procedures.
• Reach out to set up payments or plans for past-due accounts.
• Negotiate fair payment solutions while meeting performance goals.
• Keep detailed notes on all customer interactions and actions.
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate customers when needed.
• Review accounts for repossession following guidelines.
• Help reduce delinquency rates and ensure quality and compliance.
• Manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced team environment.
• Protect confidential information related to customers and company operations.
