Collections Specialist

Growing national finance company! Paid training is provided for those with management, sales, customer service, customer retention, call center, collections, or related backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Manage collections accounts
• Assist with lending/credit origination
• Ensure branch compliance
• Provide high-level customer service
• Work with consumer finance software
• Attend ongoing training classes

Training:

• Three to four-week structured hands-on training
• Daily attendance required
• Held at Milwaukee, WI regional office
• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
• Hotel provided or gas reimbursement
• Lunch provided daily

Hours:

• Full-time (40 hours)
• 100% onsite
• No Sundays
• Most Saturdays with a weekday off
• Branch hours: 9 am - 7 pm M-F, 8 am - 4 pm Saturday

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in collections, customer retention, management, call center, team leadership, sales, or related fields
• Good communication, computer, and customer service skills
• Ability to work the listed hours and onsite
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings (THC excluded)
