This is a remote position, but you must be located within the US to be considered.

About You

The Senior Account Manager, Paid Search, is responsible for paid search performance, client management, and resource delegation. You will be the primary contact for clients, answer emails, lead weekly calls, and design channel strategies. You will collaborate with vendors and senior team members to refine strategies and manage projects on your accounts.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Maintain advanced understanding of paid media channels like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Apple Search Ads, etc.
  2. Drive account strategies to meet or exceed client goals.
  3. Implement monitoring and optimization techniques to enhance performance.
  4. Prioritize initiatives impacting account performance.
  5. Create client roadmaps, testing plans, reports, and reviews.
  6. Manage client portfolios, budgets, and performance goals.
  7. Prepare agendas for status calls and ensure they meet client needs.
  8. Lead client calls discussing projects, performance, and strategies.
  9. Ensure all account management efforts pass QA and are error-free.
  10. Manage relationships with platform reps (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and identify new opportunities.
  11. Own the paid media strategic roadmap and coordinate with growth teams.
  12. Manage at least one direct report, supporting their development and account progress.

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of paid search experience with budgeting, bidding, testing.
  • Experience across Google networks, including app campaigns.
  • Knowledge of UAC, ACi, GDN, Performance Max, Discovery campaigns.
  • Experience with A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to present findings and optimize accounts.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary range: $77,100 - $92,000, based on experience, location, and impact. Flexible 40-hour workweek.
