Commercial Lines Account Manager (Large Lines-Remote in NY only)

This role is for a Commercial Lines Account Manager specializing in large lines, with remote work in NY only.

Job Details

Manage a designated book of large lines business, including policy renewals, coverage summaries, binders, certificates, proposals, and insurance documents.

Conduct consultative discussions with commercial clients to assess needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance carriers.

Obtain renewal quotes, process renewals, and handle cancellations or non-renewals as needed.

Prepare marketing submissions for existing accounts.

Additional Responsibilities

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

Support team and agency growth through miscellaneous tasks.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance customer service or account management.
  • Experience with large lines of commercial insurance.
  • Active Property & Casualty License (all lines).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied/EPIC preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and customer service mindset.
