Elevation Solutions is a technology consulting firm that focuses on Salesforce implementations for nonprofit and education teams. We’re looking for an individual who enjoys building genuine relationships with community-focused organizations by listening to their existing technology-based issues, crafting human-centric solutions, and supporting sales to delivery transition efforts. ACCOUNT MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Manage the intake of inquiries from prospective clients by setting up initial introductions, gathering and tracking information regarding their inquiry, and briefing leadership prior to discussions
- Build relationships with existing and new clients through consistent follow up, clear and responsive communication, and frequent updates on project developments
- Build relationships with the Salesforce account executives and leadership through proactive outreach and 1:1 discussions
- Manage the flow of Salesforce partner communications and updates to the Elevation Solutions team
- Develop and support plans to meet Salesforce partner level milestones and goals
- Study the services offered by Elevation Solutions and be able to comfortably educate and inform customers on what we provide, how, and why we’re different
- Support the intake and completion of RFPs by partnering with leadership to confirm if Elevation Solutions should respond, gather the necessary information, submit correctly, and follow-through on submission and as well as any follow-up requests
- Manage sales operations processes and tasks related to setting up new clients, setting up new projects, closing out projects and implementing appropriate action plans
- Support outbound marketing efforts by suggesting social media and website posts, providing content, and facilitating applicable campaigns including events
- Represent Elevation Solutions at select industry and technology conferences
- Support sales operations like sales reporting, forecasting, and process improvement
- Develop new opportunities to build Elevation Solutions prospect pipeline like maximizing word of mouth referrals, sourcing RFPS, developing new Salesforce account executive relationships and event referrals
Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in a nonprofit or education environment
- Demonstrated success and experience in pre-sales with large and complex clients and projects
- Experience calling on C-suite and key executives within a customer’s organization
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations and other online collaboration tools like Asana and Slack
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work as well as work independently
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
