Graybar is seeking a Collections Assistant to manage a defined portfolio of accounts. You will build relationships with customers, drive timely payments, and provide clear account reports. The role includes updating customer data and meeting collection targets while delivering reliable service.

The position offers a daytime schedule (Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm) with a competitive hourly pay and benefits. Previous experience and education support success in a collaborative team at Graybar.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience preferred.
• 2 year degree preferred.
