Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction. You will handle calls, emails, and requests, processing orders and supporting product selection.

Key responsibilities include selling Graybar goods on inbound calls and coordinating orders, pricing, expediting, billing, and claims with a professional, timely approach.
