Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Chesterfield, Missouri to act as a key contact for customers, entering orders and handling requests with timely, courteous support. You will respond to calls and emails, assist with product selection and coordinate service requests to ensure complete satisfaction.

The role offers a starting rate of $23 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package described below.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
