Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers in Thornton, CO. You will handle calls and written inquiries, enter orders, and support customers with timely, courteous service.

Responsibilities include guiding product choices, coordinating pricing, expediting, billing, and handling order maintenance, credits, and claims to ensure total satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
