Graybar is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Kansas City, MO. You will serve as a key contact for customers, entering orders, answering questions, and ensuring timely, courteous support to maximize satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to enter orders, handle requests and provide timely support.
• Comfort in selling Graybar goods on inbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner.
• Enter orders, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
• Assist with product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests to ensure timely resolution.
