Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction and timely, professional support. You will enter orders, handle requests, and maintain professional communication while actively promoting Graybar products on inbound calls.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a high school diploma with a preference for a 2- or 4-year degree.

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• High school education required; 2- or 4-year degree preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to handle diverse customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders and handle requests from customers.
• Interact with customers via calls and written correspondence with timely follow-up.
• Sell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide product selection and application support.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
