Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to act as a key contact for customers, handling orders, requests and inquiries with professionalism and timeliness. You will support product selection, order entry, pricing, and billing, while actively selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer service. High School education is required, with 2-year or 4-year degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.

• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
