Viking Client Services, LLC is seeking a Collection Agent for a REMOTE position. You will act as a key liaison between clients and customers to resolve past-due accounts through professional communication and strategic negotiation.

This role requires strong negotiation and communication skills, with at least 2 years in collections. A fully remote environment is required, with an aggressive bonus structure and extensive training provided.

• Conduct outbound calls and take inbound calls
• Negotiate payments and settlements in a professional manner
• Track and manage account activity in our system
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all interactions
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals

Requirements:
