Mandarich Law Group LLP in Woodland Hills, CA seeks collectors for our in-office team. You will handle up to 100 inbound calls and negotiate delinquent accounts on behalf of our clients while targeting monthly goals.

Qualificações

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts.
• Calculate settlements according to client guidelines and Management direction.
• Manage an open queue to consistently hit monthly collection goals.

Mandarich Law Group NEEDS Collectors for our Woodland Hills, CA office. This is a great opportunity to earn significant monthly bonuses. Company inventory has almost DOUBLED in the past several months.

Available shift is 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday. In-Office.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients
• Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team
• Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Multitasking and time management skills to work through the account queue and inbound call volume
• Previous customer service work preferred
