Job summary

Mandarich Law Group is seeking Collectors for our Woodland Hills, CA office. The role offers in-office work from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to earn significant monthly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will handle up to 100 inbound calls, negotiate delinquent and charged-off accounts for clients, calculate settlements per guidelines, and manage an open queue to hit monthly collection goals. Relevant customer service experience is preferred.

Mandarich Law Group NEEDS Collectors for our Woodland Hills, CA office. This is a great opportunity to earn significant monthly bonuses. Company inventory has almost DOUBLED in the past several months.

Available shift is 8am - 5pm, Monday thru Friday. In-Office.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls while contacting consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged off accounts on behalf of our clients.
• Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to guidelines set by our clients and Management team.
• Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to consistently hit your monthly collection goal.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Multitasking and time management skills to work through the account queue and inbound call volume.
• Previous customer service work preferred.
