Job summary

Heritage Auctions, the world's largest collectibles auctioneer, is seeking an entry-level team member to present consignments. You will sort, clean, tag, and label items, help unpack and enter property data, and assist with client pickups after auctions.

The role involves day-to-day heavy lifting and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have an interest in fine arts, basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Excel), and the ability to multitask while maintaining

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience, preferred.
• Interest in Fine arts preferred, but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Outlook and Excel.
• Individuals must be comfortable lifting to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enter item information into the computer system accurately.
• Ensure all items are imaged on time.
• Prepare (sort, clean, and label) items for auction.
• Must be comfortable with day-to-day heavy lifting of antique furniture.
• Prepare orders for shipping and ship items after auctions.
• Inform supervisors of any discrepancies or issues.
