Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience finding numerical discrepancies and resolving issues.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows and adapting to changing priorities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take ownership of complex tasks.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Ability to identify risks, ask clarifying questions, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile collateral and brokerage transactions with mid-to-high monetary impact.
• Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels to support efficiency and service.
• Analyze and resolve complex transactions, escalate when necessary.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements; perform post-processing reviews.
• Maintain a team-first mindset, balancing responsibilities during high-volume periods.
• Understand end-to-end process flow and its upstream/downstream impacts.
