Job summary

Compeer Financial, based in the United States, seeks a Collateral & Loan Administration professional to ensure accuracy and enforceability of collateral documents throughout the product lifecycle.

You will review, file, and monitor collateral documents, verify client wire transfers, and maintain data integrity while applying UCC knowledge and regulatory requirements. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement at Fond du Lac, WI.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, business administration, legal, agriculture or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience in accounting, business administration, legal or agriculture with exposure to collateral management or document control.
• Experience in filing, analyzing and managing collateral under UCC guidelines.
• Knowledge of titling requirements.
• Ability to process complex information with consistency and precision.
• Clear communication and written skills across the organization.
• Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
• Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with MS Office and client databases.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to build strong relationships with clients and provide timely support for collateral and financial information requests.
• Maintain data integrity by identifying and escalating discrepancies to appropriate subject matter experts.
• Apply identity verification and confidentiality protocols to safeguard personal information.
• Review, analyze and maintain collateral documents to protect the organization’s lien position.
• Use digital tools to file, amend and track collateral documentation.
• Manage document lifecycle from origination to release and ensure completeness and compliance.
• Confirm client wire transfers and related requests to protect organizational integrity.
• Stay updated on UCC and financial regulations and participate in training.
