Responsibilities

• Program and monitor Collateral Tracking in nCino with third party vendors; follow up documentation and ensure filing perfection.
• Review loan documentation and electronic files for approval and accuracy within compliance guidelines.
• Assist in indexing, cataloging, and electronic filing of loan documents in Synergy; provide back-up for Data Integrity programs.
• Back up for credit bureau disputes, loan documentation creation, and quality control processes.
