Compeer Financial, a member-owned cooperative with offices across IL, MN and WI, seeks a Client Service/Loan Servicing professional to support customers and manage servicing tasks with accuracy and compliance.

In this hybrid role, you will handle front-line inquiries, process loan renewals, maintain accounts, and collaborate with teams to deliver exceptional service while upholding company policies and industry regulations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years client service experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adhere to organizational goals.
• Keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in documentation and processing steps.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective conflict resolution skills.
• Prioritize client needs and provide timely solutions.
• Proficient in Windows and MS Office; ability to learn new systems.
• General knowledge of farming operations and agriculture preferred.
• General knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of Compeer and its loan products, digital tools and services desired.

Mansioni

• Provides front line customer service to clients via phone, online and in-person.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with internal and external clients.
• Communicates with other business units to meet client needs.
• Educates clients on policies, processes and servicing.
• Assists Sales Team in recommending client products and tools.
• Acts as a back up to the Contact Center when needed.
• Provides loan servicing for renewals and tracks document requirements.
• Coordinates documents and ensures lien positions on servicing.
• Ensures transactions comply with policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Prepares legal documents and processes receipts and disbursements.
• Maintains currency with processes and updates.
