Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Collateral Administrator to support an industry-leading credit union in Omaha, NE. The role involves coordinating vehicle title and collateral-related transactions, managing vendor processing, resolving titling issues, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.

You will use DealerTrack Title Management System and Salesforce to handle collateral tasks, review vendor reports, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve exceptions and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in collateral operations, vehicle titling, auto lending, loan servicing, or financial services.
• Knowledge of vehicle titles, liens, collateral processing, and DMV procedures.
• Experience with DealerTrack TMS, Salesforce, Hogan, or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle title, lien, and collateral-related transactions with members, vendors, and state DMV agencies.
• Review vendor reports for missing titles and outstanding collateral documentation.
• Resolve vehicle titling issues involving lien releases, ownership changes, registration, and interstate transfers.
• Utilize DealerTrack Title Management System to manage collateral transactions and vendor processing.
• Review and process Salesforce cases to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve collateral exceptions and processing issues.
• Monitor vendor activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve collateral workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.
