Job summary

United Bank is seeking a Loan Collateral Specialist to ensure accurate perfection and maintenance of collateral loan documentation, including real estate mortgages, vehicle titles, and UCC filings.

You will coordinate with county clerks, title companies, and vendors to maintain lien positions and regulatory compliance while supporting loan officers and processors in correcting documentation deficiencies. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in Office tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of banking or clerical office experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and file collateral documents including mortgages and deeds of trust.
• Maintain collateral tracking systems and monitor UCC filings.
• Coordinate with county clerks, DMVs, title companies, and vendors.
• Verify receipt of recorded documents and titles; resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor file ticklers for continuations and renewals; assist loan officers.
