Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in collateral operations, vehicle titling, auto lending, loan servicing, or financial services.
• Knowledge of vehicle titles, liens, collateral processing, and DMV procedures.
• Experience with DealerTrack TMS, Salesforce, Hogan, or similar platforms preferred.

• Identify opportunities to improve collateral workflows, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Piper Companies is seeking a Collateral Administrator to support an industry-leading credit union located in Omaha, NE. The Collateral Administrator will coordinate vehicle title and collateral-related transactions, manage vendor processing, resolve titling issues, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities for the Collateral Administrator Include:

• Coordinate vehicle title, lien, and collateral-related transactions with members, vendors, and state DMV agencies.
• Review vendor reports for missing titles, unidentified records, and outstanding collateral documentation.
• Resolve vehicle titling issues involving lien releases, ownership changes, registration, and interstate title transfers.
• Utilize DealerTrack Title Management System (TMS) to manage collateral transactions and vendor processing.
• Review and process Salesforce cases to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve collateral exceptions and processing issues.
• Monitor vendor activities to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.

Qualifications for the Collateral Administrator Include:

Compensation for the Collateral Administrator Includes:

• Hourly Rate: $20 - $25/hour depending on experience.
