Rockland Federal Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist I – Collateral to support the tracking of collateral documentation. This role is vital for maintaining accurate records and processing collateral-related transactions.

The ideal candidate will ideally have 1–2 years of experience in loan servicing and be proficient with Microsoft Office. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of experience in loan servicing or financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of collateral documentation and titles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and track collateral documentation.
• Process lien releases, title updates, and collateral releases.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding collateral.
